Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Office for the Arts, managing reception duties including phone and door coverage.
  • Maintain organization and supply levels at the OFA headquarters.
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Programs.
  • Assist with events coordination and scheduling.
  • Utilize administrative tools such as Concur and B2P for office management.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of office or customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in person Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
