Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents in civil, small claims, housing and/or Supreme Court in New York City.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Manage client communication and initial intake.
  • Perform additional functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in personal injury, landlord/tenant, and/or civil litigation preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
