About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant role at Palmetto Elite Group LLC is designed to provide essential support in both professional real estate tasks and personal day-to-day responsibilities. The position involves managing client relationships, scheduling appointments, coordinating property listings, and overseeing transaction deadlines, while also handling personal errands and household management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking to ensure seamless operations in both business and personal aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client contact lists.
  • Schedule appointments and handle email communications.
  • Manage client follow-ups and maintain relationships.
  • Assist in preparing homes for listings, including scheduling photography and staging.
  • Coordinate and manage open house events.
  • Monitor and track marketing efforts for listings.
  • Prepare and organize listing materials.
  • Perform data entry and maintain the CRM system.
  • Prepare spreadsheets as needed and handle filing and organization of documents.
  • Assist with social media posts and content creation.
  • Organize and manage digital advertising efforts across platforms.
  • Track deadlines and liaise with sponsors and vendors for events.
  • Update and maintain property listings on MLS.
  • Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials and email campaigns.
  • Manage personal and business calendars and arrange travel plans.
  • Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping and organizing family schedules.
  • Oversee household services and help organize family events.
  • Arrange personal vacations and manage packing for trips.
  • Assist with personal correspondence and coordinate social gatherings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Mid-level experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Calendar.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate or property management.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
