The Administrative Assistant will also foster positive client relationships through light marketing tasks and ensure accurate documentation for legal purposes. This position plays a key role in optimizing operational efficiency, supporting clinical functions, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. The Personal Injury Administrative Assistant will be responsible for efficiently scheduling patient appointments, handling invoicing and payment collection for prepaid services, and managing personal injury tasks such as case management and relationship building with referral sources. The role also includes performing various administrative tasks, coordinating complex activities like meetings and travel arrangements, and managing confidential information. The assistant will take messages, address routine questions, and provide clinical support to ensure optimal patient care and timely follow-up. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with physicians on goal setting and strategic plans, performing financial analysis, and preparing reports for management.
