About the position

The Administrative Assistant II supports the Plant Operations department at Reata Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community. This role involves scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and reporting. The assistant also handles calls from residents and employees regarding maintenance requests, ensuring smooth operations within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Plant Operations department by scheduling and managing inventory.
  • Order supplies as needed for the department.
  • Report on inventory levels and supply needs.
  • Receive and manage calls from residents and employees requesting maintenance work.
  • Follow procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative position.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
