About the position

The Temp Receptionist position is a temporary role lasting 10 weeks, focused on managing front desk activities and providing administrative support in a professional environment. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk activities
  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phone in a timely and friendly manner and transfer calls as needed
  • Maintain various Excel tracking sheets
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Properly scan and document paperwork
  • Order and inventory office supplies on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
