About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Tyler Law, LLP is a full-time role that supports both Advocates for Faith & Freedom and Tyler Law, LLP. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and greet clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks for both Advocates for Faith & Freedom and Tyler Law, LLP.
  • Assist with legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for scheduling and data management.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience is required.
  • Legal administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Westlaw and legal research tools.
  • Experience in wills, trusts, and estate law.
