The Administrative Services Assistant role at Global Consultants Inc. involves providing administrative support to executives, managing correspondence, and acting as a liaison between various offices and agencies. Responsibilities

  • Relieve an executive of administrative details and perform related work as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive's office and various state and federal agencies, local organizations, and community groups.
  • Attend legislative functions and meetings to gather information and handle complaints and requests.
  • Assign, train, supervise, and evaluate clerical staff and their work.
  • Handle routine correspondence and prepare non-routine correspondence as requested.
  • Assemble information for speeches, staff meetings, and other purposes.
  • Make travel arrangements and keep expense accounts.
  • Order office supplies as needed and operate standard office machines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Entry-level office experience.
