Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Create, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy.
  • Input and manage data in various systems, maintaining data integrity and organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, arrange travel logistics, and manage office supplies.
  • Help streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Perform a variety of tasks such as filing, data management, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client relations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
