About the position

The Administrative Assistant position at Reliable Technologies is a full-time remote role that requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting the company's operations by managing administrative tasks, underwriting loan applications, and conducting skip tracing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate loan applications to determine approval and assess associated risks.
  • Verify customer identity and account details using tools like Tracers and Lexis Nexis.
  • Assess vehicle condition and value through Carfax and MMR reports.
  • Collaborate with management to fine-tune vehicle valuations based on analysis.
  • Identify and address fraudulent activity and counterfeit documentation.
  • Communicate with the sales team regarding missing photos and documents.
  • Prepare loan agreements based on quotes from the sales team.
  • Ensure timely distribution of agreements to customers.
  • Use social media platforms, Tracers database, and state systems to gather debtor and collateral information.
  • Conduct thorough research to locate and validate debtor contact details, employment status, and asset locations.
  • Provide repossession agents with frequent updates via phone and email.
  • Document all interactions with repossession agents.
  • Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets tracking account statuses, updates, and recovery efforts for management review.
  • Manage records in RDN database, ensuring information is current and accessible to agents.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years previous administrative/receptionist experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Punctual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
  • Competent on computer and multi-line phones.
  • Team player with high energy and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Clerical experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for at least 1 year.
