About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Sales Coordinator at B&R Tree Service plays a crucial role in supporting the company's operations by managing administrative tasks, nurturing sales leads, and assisting the CEO with various business projects. This position offers a dynamic work environment where the individual will engage in client coordination, sales support, reporting, and data management, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and organize daily schedules for client sales appointments and tree service crews.
  • Assist the CEO with sales calls, email communication, and proposal adjustments using established sales tools and workflows.
  • Manage and review daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports for crews, sales team, and the company overall.
  • Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including managing communications, preparing letters, and collaborating with vendors and business associates.
  • Help track and follow up with sales leads using built-in sales tools, adjusting proposals and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely records in user-friendly software systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a customer success or administrative role with a strong focus on organization, communication, and detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with CRMs and phone systems is essential; HubSpot experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales experience and knowledge of ethical sales tactics is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in home services and/or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva and schedule routing or equipment maintenance software is a plus.
