About The Position

Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our staff. The Sales Administrative Assistant will support various customer service duties, ensuring effective communication of customer and vendor order changes with the Account Manager. This role requires attention to deadlines and effective communication with Account Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining the customer portal, supporting quarterly program reviews, entering customer quotes into the CFC database, expediting existing open vendor purchase orders, and recording vendor feedback in expedite notes. The assistant will also manage kits, work on open orders and shortages in Excel weekly, and send updates to customers. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Account Manager with open order reports, managing IPS operator shortage reports, and recording customer feedback in SO line notes. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for sales order entry in the CFC database, managing program billings with consolidated invoices, updating contract pricing for programs, and conducting contract reviews. The assistant will create vendor quotes using the RFQ template, send them, follow up, and record and communicate responses. Maintaining the Quote Application file by ensuring vendor responses are recorded correctly is also a key responsibility.
