About the position

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant for the TEAMS Next MDS Administration in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to mid-executive level personnel, including SES/Flag Officers, O-6 Military, and GS15/NH-IV civilian staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in executing and leading administrative tasks at this level, demonstrating expertise in various facets of administration. The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating executive-level correspondence, ensuring that all communications are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. The candidate must be well-versed in handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), For Official Use Only (FOUO), and Classified information, adhering to established programs and procedures. Additionally, the role involves training and advising junior administrative assistants, providing guidance on administrative support matters relevant to the Agency. Expertise in government records and database management processes is essential, as is familiarity with government travel processes and systems. The Senior Administrative Assistant will also be tasked with developing and maintaining administrative schedules, including electronic calendars, and managing government correspondence handling procedures. Proficiency in government task management systems and time-management procedures is required, along with the ability to research, review, and prepare meeting support materials such as briefings and papers. Candidates must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A Bachelor’s degree with four years of experience in an administrative or business field, or an Associate’s degree with six years of experience, or a High School Diploma with ten years of relevant experience is required. An active DoD Secret Clearance is also mandatory for this position.
