About the position

Responsibilities

  • Support all game franchise development teams by managing team meals and disbursement of UberEATS meal vouchers.
  • Coordinate swag for game teams and work with approved vendors.
  • Create and send out surveys to the team.
  • Research and select venues or virtual vendors for team events.
  • Coordinate and plan team events while adhering to budget and time constraints.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Assist with communication to the team and follow up on action items.
  • Update team credits in spreadsheets and coordinate team plaques with vendors.
  • Order supplies and IT equipment for development teams.
  • Submit purchase orders and manage PCARD reconciliation.
  • Arrange travel for team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and iProc systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
