About the position

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the owner of Supreme Plumbing, a growing plumbing business. This role involves high-level administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication management, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the owner.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the owner.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, contracts, estimates, and reports.
  • Assist with billing clients and managing invoices.
  • Support financial tasks such as recording expenses and preparing budget reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Provide other administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a service-based or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.
