Join a top-producing luxury real estate team in Boca Raton as an Administrative Assistant, where you will provide essential administrative support while contributing to innovative marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to agents, including appointment scheduling, document preparation, and database management.
  • Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns using social media, email blasts, and traditional media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and coordinate open houses and special events, ensuring flawless execution and detailed promotional materials.
  • Maintain an engaging online presence across the website and social platforms, including property listings and blog content.
  • Perform market research and analysis to inform strategies and bolster sales efforts.
  • Oversee financial management, tracking expenses and budgets, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Engage in proactive client database management and outreach to nurture leads and foster client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing or administrative roles, ideally within a real estate or luxury market context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise in social media and email marketing strategies, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Boca Raton real estate market is advantageous.
  • Real Estate license, or currently obtaining one, is highly desirable.
