About the position

The Administrative Assistant position at a growing company in San Bernardino involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to administrators.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up on action items and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Take and report minutes for Board meetings.
  • Maintain a master calendar of events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for administrators.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing and preparing purchase orders.
  • Process outgoing mail and manage incoming mail.
  • Run miscellaneous errands as needed.
  • Provide organizational support to maintain files and process time sheets and vacation requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
