About the position

Casa Angelica is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Human Resource Responsibilities to support the implementation of HR services and manage various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining employee relations, managing personnel transactions, and overseeing the administration of the Van Grant.

Responsibilities

  • Implement human resource services including recruitment and staffing.
  • Manage employment processing and health and welfare benefits.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain records management and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and retention strategies.
  • Administer personnel transactions and manage the mission statement and policies.
  • Document maintenance, mileage, training, and other components of the Van Grant.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Some knowledge of HR responsibilities is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to pass Caregiver's Criminal History Screening, TB test, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
