About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in achieving their goals through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette while answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and organizing files.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Utilize computer literacy to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support time management by prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various office communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Customer service experience of 1 year is preferred.
