Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of a variety of activities and events company-wide.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports.
  • Perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or department.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Create and edit documents, generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries.
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and researching skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly dependable and proactive
