Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties to support management and staff.
  • Manage and edit department documents, both electronic and hardcopy.
  • Run errands off-site as necessary, including post office and food orders for meetings.
  • Order office supplies and create expense reports as needed.
  • Organize site events with support from others.
  • Send site communications via email and track responses.
  • Set up meetings and organize manager's calendars as requested.
  • Manage email distribution lists.
  • Learn to back up existing employees for purchase requisitioning and reporting in SAP.
  • Escalate printer issues to the client and manage these.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Solid skills in Excel for basic use.
  • SAP experience is preferred but not required.
