Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee and route phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Maintain and manage appointment scheduling, coordinating with internal staff and external clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document management and data entry.
  • Coordinate supplies, maintain files, and ensure the office environment remains orderly.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration, reception, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
  • Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
