Responsibilities

  • Assisting Field Supervisors in communication with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
  • Communicating with customers about the insurance process and following up on claims to ensure job completion.
  • Assisting the Construction Department with various projects and necessary reporting.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with trustworthiness and dependability.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and various computer programs.
