We are seeking a versatile professional with experience in HR, office operations, and talent acquisition to join our client's team. This role involves managing employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. The position also includes overseeing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, and implementing processes to enhance productivity. Additionally, the role assists with recruiting efforts by developing hiring strategies, screening candidates, and building a talent pipeline. Financial experience is a plus, with opportunities to assist in budgeting, invoicing, and payroll support. This position offers a collaborative, people-first culture in vibrant Nashville, TN, with a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, including performance reviews, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day office functions, including vendor management and supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement procedures to improve efficiency and maintain a productive office environment.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.
  • Post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
  • Provide administrative support for financial reporting and payroll processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in HR, office operations, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
