About the position

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Quincy, Massachusetts, for a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound calls and directing them accordingly
  • Offering exceptional customer service to all callers
  • Handling contracts as required
  • Managing email correspondence and maintaining an organized digital filing system
  • Managing and coordinating schedules and calendar events
  • Accurately entering data into the Salesforce platform
  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for various tasks
  • Scheduling appointments as necessary
  • Assisting with contract administration and compliance
  • Managing the Salesforce platform and foundation grants.

Requirements

  • Salesforce required
  • Contract experience preferred
