About the position

The Administrative Assistant will support the Project Manager and handle various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication and organization within the company.

Responsibilities

  • General support for the office & Project Manager
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, taking detailed minutes
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
  • Update office policies, order supplies, and manage vendor relations
  • Book travel, submit expense reports, and provide visitor support
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in administrative duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Ability to maintain calendars
  • Experience in scheduling appointments
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
