About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate exceptional time management abilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and enhancing customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
  • Assist with the work for each live stream room, including preliminary preparations as well as the daily restocking and packaging of products afterward.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist in customer support tasks, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office management processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and tools is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves

  • TikTok or other E-commerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is a strong plus.
