About the position

The Administrative Assistant role at Robert Half in Weare, NH, is designed to provide essential support to the Management Team. This long-term contract position involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the management team, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all office management-related inquiries from both internal staff and external parties.
  • Keep records up-to-date, including work orders, maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and employee information.
  • Organize and schedule inspections and services, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for necessary service calls.
  • Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports related to operations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings with managers, staff, and leadership teams.
  • Manage inventory levels and order office supplies as needed to ensure operational continuity.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, managing paperwork, and coordinating training.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify and implement improvements in efficiency, performance, and cost management.
  • Collect and evaluate data related to operations, including expenses, vendor performance, and resource utilization.

Requirements

  • MS Excel and 360 experience a must
