About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support team initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in project coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
