About the position

We are seeking a Registrar in the medical industry to maintain accurate records, process applications, and provide high-quality customer service. This short-term contract role is ideal for individuals with experience in data entry, customer service, administrative assistance, and receptionist duties.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently
  • Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain databases
  • Perform receptionist duties as required, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Promote a positive customer experience through detail oriented interactions.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a registrar role or similar.
  • Proficient in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in administrative assistance, managing schedules, organizing files, and supporting other team members as needed.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in performing receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
