About the position

The Administrative Assistant role at Robert Half is essential for the IT department, focusing on ensuring efficient operations through inventory management, printing assistance, and mail room duties. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong customer service and data entry skills to support daily tasks and maintain smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the inventory of paper supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Facilitate the transfer of paper from the supply room to the server/printer room
  • Ensure printers are loaded and ready for use
  • Assist the lead technician in completing any printing tasks
  • Provide necessary assistance in the mail room, including handling deliveries
  • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and manage email correspondence.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift 50LBS 3 times per week
