This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires a high level of computer literacy and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, in a timely manner. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and presentations as needed. Perform data entry tasks and manage databases accurately. Assist with medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient scheduling and record management. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in customer support is advantageous. Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial but not required.
