About the position

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Pantheon Portfolio of programs within Constellation Management and Control (CMC) under the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) mission area. This role involves working closely with senior managers and program team leads, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, answering phones, composing reports, and assisting with various special tasks to facilitate the program's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Pantheon Portfolio of programs.
  • Maintain office operations and manage calendars.
  • Answer telephones and coordinate cross-team communication.
  • Compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums.
  • Review finished reports and documents for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Assist in various special tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Input data into various company systems and applications.
  • Generate charts, tables, memoranda, reports, and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
  • Interface with senior level external and internal customers.
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
  • Manage calendar and meeting schedules with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for status action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer level and internal management reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience planning and organizing schedules and events.
  • Experience supporting a senior leader in a large organization.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior levels of leadership.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a multitasking environment.
