About the position

The Administrative Assistant position at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) involves providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Bureau of Consumer Relations and Local District Support. The role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the bureau by managing logistics for meetings, handling documentation, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing all logistics for internal and external meetings, webinars, and interviews.
  • Monitoring and tracking incoming and outgoing documentation; preparing and drafting routine correspondence and creating/maintaining spreadsheets.
  • General record keeping and filing; appropriately managing confidential materials and projects; establish and maintain supply and equipment needs.
  • Answering and triaging phone calls from the public; and conducting other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight timeframes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
