About the position

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Operations team at LerroSarbey, PLLC, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Boca Raton office. This role involves managing various administrative and clerical tasks, assisting Partners and Client-Service Professionals, and contributing to the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Support the Operations Manager with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Compose, send, and manage a variety of business correspondences including emails, engagement letters, and forms.
  • Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals.
  • Maintain a current and accurate contact list within our CRM platform.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients and executive and senior administrative staff.
  • Handle requests and queries from Partners and assist with general office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
  • Knowledge of accounting office management systems, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficient in the use of standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications in administrative support or secretarial work are a plus, specifically if you are familiar with the Accounting industry.
