About the position

The Administrative Assistant position is focused on providing essential support to the operations department by accurately entering survey requests into the inventory system and assisting with various administrative tasks. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and effective communication, embodying the company's core values of dedication, responsibility, innovation, value, and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Enter survey requests and import work orders into the risk assessment management program as assigned.
  • Provide phone support as needed.
  • Verify inventory of open surveys.
  • Support the Operations team and conduct additional administrative functions as needed.
  • Obtain mail from the post office daily.
  • Mail Welcome Packets to new Field Representatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of end-of-month invoices to customers.
  • Manage the EFT Banking Sheet for field representative pay.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High level of proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Pleasant, courteous phone voice and mannerisms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) and GSuite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
  • College degree preferred.
