About the position

The Administrative Assistant 3 at Humana plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders and their teams. Responsibilities

  • Manage the outlook calendar for executive leaders.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and ensuring meeting amenities are available.
  • Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages promptly and accurately.
  • Manage travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Transcribe, type, format, and proofread various materials such as correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate large meetings involving senior leaders.
  • Process labels for UPS shipments.
  • Provide telephone coverage and manage voicemail when away.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and develop spreadsheets as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
