About the position

CBH Homes is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of the office and facilitate a productive work environment. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting in project management efforts, making it essential for the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Process and manage invoices, budgets, and other receipts.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, & Google Slides.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
