About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support role within a property management company, responsible for facilitating communication and organization within the team. This position requires a professional individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Must have a four-year college degree.
  • Must have transportation.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Relevant administrative work experience of 3 years is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Organizational skills of 3 years are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for making and preparing materials.
  • Attend board meetings on an alternating schedule with the Property Manager.
  • Answer emergency calls when the Property Manager is unavailable.
