Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Process, track, and coordinate the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports.
  • Assist in the tabulation, tracking, and development of critical project statistical information.
  • Help develop and publish weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Organize and catalog key project files such as change notice request forms and records of decision.
  • Gather information and finalize extensive monthly project status PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support records retention efforts associated with large construction projects.
  • Fill in for executive administrators when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions with managers and staff.
  • Communicate with Compliance and HR organizations in support of the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures.
  • Perform various administrative office duties including maintaining office supplies and managing travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to commute to Billingsley, AL is required.
