About the position

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Manage communication, internal and external, effectively
  • Prepare reports and financial data
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Maintain and establish filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of administrative experience
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated time-management and organizational abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
