Responsibilities

  • Set up and close out all jobs in databases and Microsoft Office Suite files.
  • Manage office supplies and brochure supplies.
  • Maintain professionalism on the phone.
  • Attend to customers in the showroom and provide backup for the call center.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of products sold.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in the company database systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience preferably in an administrative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with databases and ability to work with a variety of people.
