About the position

The Administrative Assistant for the CDC-SAMI/Employment Success Program is a full-time role based in Fairfield, OH, responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the program's operations. This position involves managing electronic health records, scheduling, and maintaining communication with various service providers, while also assisting with data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Process referrals and clients into the electronic health records system.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Scan documents and maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Send out emails and engage in correspondence with JFS and other service providers.
  • Assist in managing outcomes data and reporting.
  • Provide SUD and MH case management support.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of office clerical experience.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.
