About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support, requiring excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Utilize computer literacy to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed within the role.
