Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with calendar scheduling.
  • Experience in working with contractors.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Attention to Detail is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to utilize computer-based resources.
  • Previous experience demonstrating ability to actively learn, listen, and take on a multitude of tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent skills in oral, written, and interpersonal communications.
  • Teamwork style that emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and facilitation.
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, anticipate, and stay proactive.

Nice-to-haves
