Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain customer credit records.
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments as required, effectively managing calendars.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Provide overall administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound-outbound calls
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Ability to carry out data entry tasks efficiently
  • Excellent skills in email correspondence
  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
