Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare staff and management.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to patient care and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM or more.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting is preferred.
  • Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred.
