About the position

The Administrative Executive Assistant will support the lead agent of the Sean LaSalle Team in Allentown, PA, by managing various administrative tasks and systems to enhance operational efficiency. This part-time role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The position involves financial management, system development, and team support, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
  • Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
  • Work with the team's Transaction Coordinator.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Assist in inside lead generation, helping team agents close and schedule appointments.
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of service and management experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
