About the position

The Marketing Administrator at Red Door Escape Room plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Department by ensuring organization and effectiveness. This part-time position involves managing various administrative tasks, tracking marketing projects, and assisting the Marketing Director in making informed decisions through accurate data management and reporting. The role is designed to enhance team communication and productivity while maintaining a smooth operational flow within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports; support analysis of marketing metrics.
  • Track marketing projects and campaigns, updating timelines and assisting in planning.
  • Manage marketing budgets, including tracking expenses, submitting invoices, and reconciling.
  • Communicate with vendors and partners, following up on offers, projects, and new opportunities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Marketing team members as needed.
  • Assist with communication to store locations regarding marketing updates.
  • Plan and organize team offsites and team-building events.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling special projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative management role.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and activities with strict deadlines, even with limited internal staff and budget.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and strong editing abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Basic understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work well within a team and foster strong cross-departmental relationships.
