Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources Department with various administrative duties.
  • Coordinate and manage internal employee committees for Wellness, Social, Community, and Diversity.
  • Greet and interact professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of logistics for on-site and off-site events.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including preparing and distributing correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain email and phone line, answering questions and providing information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning accounting mail.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide assistance to various departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to competing demands.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
